Inspired by our favorite childhood memories of being in nature, we (Scott & Tera) dreamed of owning a cabin for over a decade.

One day, we stumbled upon Beach Lake, a small development on a spring-fed lake surrounded by white sand. We fell in love with the simple beauty of the lake and how it inspired our children while visiting.

We designed and built Kokomo Cabin (with local builders and contractors), putting our heart and soul into every detail. From the multiple gathering spaces both inside and out to well-maintained recreational equipment, we made sure that our cabin would be a place where people come to relax, connect with nature, and create unforgettable memories.

We manage the property ourselves and stay often, so you'll interact with us from booking throughout the process. We look forward to providing you a 5-star experience and unforgettable memories.
