The Terms of Service do not address Your actual rental and use of the physical property, which is defined and governed by the Rental Agreement and House Rules.

The Terms of Services refer to all services provided by www.KokomoCabin.com, including but not limited to receiving booking information via our booking and payment system, managing reservations and payments, responding to Customers via our reservation system, and managing content on third-party channels via our channel manager. Further:

• The term “www.KokomoCabin.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the owners of KokomoCabin.com.
• The term “Customer” or “You” or “Your” refers to your use of the website and the submission of personal information while using the website.
• The term “Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or any other form of data.
• The term “Customer Content” refers to Content provided by the Customer as part of using the Services, including but not limited to other information.

User Requirements
The Customer must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to use the Services. To access and use the Services, the Customer may need to provide personal information. The Customer agrees to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information. The Customer agrees to access and use the Services only for vacation rental planning and booking, not for commercial purposes. The Customer  shall not:

• License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services.
  
• Use, display, mirror, or frame www.KokomoCabin.com, or any individual element of the Services, name, trademark, logo, copyrighted material, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.
  
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device, or any manual process, to monitor, download, copy, or retain a database copy of Content made available through the Services.
  
• Send unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, or other forms of solicitation.

Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold www.KokomoCabin.com and its owners and stakeholders harmless from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including without limitation court costs and reasonable legal fees) which arise from, relate to, or are connected with the Customer’s use of the Services.

Force Majeure

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with KokomoCabin.com are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and Customers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wisconsin to rule on such disputes or claims.
